Phew. This episode was a HARD one. This subject is so contentious and so emotive, because so many of us are inextricably linked to it emotionally.
BUT … regardless of my own history with the subject, or any subject, my priority is always going to be the TRUTH, regardless of how uncomfortable that truth might be or what sort of structure or belief I’ve held around it.
Brendon Marotta made the film American Circumcision, and wherever you stand on the debate, I highly recommend watching the film, with an open heart and open mind, and listening to this episode to hear just how open-minded Brendon himself is.

Dr Ben Lynch was my first resource (the only resource I could find) when I began looking into epigenetics as part of my healing journey over a decade ago.
His website, drbenlynch.com, offered every bit of information I needed to understand what I was starting to learn about MTHFR and other gene mutations I was becoming aware that I had.
